The team “System Integration Rigs” at Airbus Defence and Space in Manching, Germany is looking for a
Technical Project Manager (d/m/f)The team „System Integration Rigs“ is responsible for the Avionics, Flight Control and Hydraulics test equipment, which are used for Qualification and Certification of the different fighter aircraft systems. A Technical Project Manager has the main role to coordinate and to control the development and creation of the test equipment up to the 2nd-level-support during the operation of the product.
This role is also available with reduced weekly hours and an adapted scope of tasks.

Your tasks and responsibilities
Project planning, project coordination and status monitoring
Creation of offer contributions
Conducting reviews and project meetings
Preparation of the required project documentation
Monitoring the procurement process and supplier performance
Implementation of technical improvement projects in the field of digitization and process optimization
Desired skills and qualifications
Successfully completed studies (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in Industrial Engineering or in a similar field of study, or a comparable vocational education following by several years of relevant professional experience
Basic knowledge in the field of project management
Basic knowledge with agile project management tools
Basic knowledge in the field of business administration, finance and controlling
Ability to communicate well, build trust and resolve problems
Very good command of the German and English language (written and spoken)
This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
